You'll focus on filling senior, lead, and managerial roles, starting in early September for an initial period of 2 months, with the possibility of an extension. You'll primarily be recruiting for a UK-based product, exclusively targeting English-speaking candidates.We're looking for a proactive, skilled recruiter with strong self-management abilities, a passion for engaging with new people, and a love for taking on challenges.Key Qualifications:5+ years of proven IT recruitment experience2+ years of experience filling senior, lead, and management positions (Solution Architecture/Management experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and techniquesFamiliarity with various recruitment tools, techniques, and best practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsUpper-intermediate English proficiencyProactive, highly self-organized, mature, and possessing a sense of humor to fit well within the team.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Hiring Managers, stakeholders, and Lead Engineers to understand position requirementsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and communicationSupport the refinement of job requirements and postingsSource candidates, conduct interviews, and pre-screen CVsConduct HR and pre-screening interviewsPerform reference checksManage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)Provide recruitment reports to the Recruitment ManagerIf you're ready to tackle challenging roles in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
