What is included in the responsibilities of the Senior Integration Team Manager / Senior Project Manager: Planning of the Client's annual strategies (digital, TV, OOH, radio, press); Media split formation, search and development of the best solutions for the Client; Providing strong media expertise; Working with annual plans of clients - management and control of declared budgets; Active participation in the preparation of integrated projects and the search for the best solutions for clients (media, creative, performance, ecom, brand content), setting internal tasks, control of execution, adjustments in the implementation process; The role of a leader in projects new business in interaction with all departments of the agency and functions of the Group; Effective use of Group resources, proactive position and initiation of new product creation and launch; Management of complex integrated projects (media, creative, performance, ecom, brand content), setting internal tasks, monitoring execution , adjustments in the process of implementation; Control of profitability and income of integrated projects (accounting of all works, hours, profitability of works); Work to increase the level of customer satisfaction. Regular feedback tracking, improvement of client evaluations; Regular analysis of available research, publications and search for insights, exchange of knowledge with clients; Effective application of the basics of project management - creation of a project timeline, task formulation, internal briefs, people management and effective communication, compliance deadlines (using Worksection); Curation of junior employees, training, development and mentoring. Our future Senior Integration Team Manager / Senior Project Manager: Has experience in a similar position in media/digital agencies; Has an Upper Intermediate English level and above; Knows the media market of Ukraine, trends/innovations and trends. Has a basic understanding of the differences between the media market of Ukraine and European countries; Has a holistic understanding of marketing, communication and mediastrategies, understanding the interdependencies of the funnel; Understands the specifics of buying different media channels, sales structure, specifics of measurements, placement classes, seasonality, etc. Able to work with multimedia/multiscreen campaigns and complex media indicators; Has strategic thinking.
