Senior integration specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

General purpose of the position: To ensure the growth of income from services to subscribers of fixed communication through effective management of the commercial component of the process of absorbing the assets of companies (Target), whose corporate rights were purchased by Kyivstar. Accompany the migration of Target's commercial subscribers to Kyivstar "Home Internet" users.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis and adjustment of tariffs and services of Target;
< li>Coordinating changes in tariffs and services with Kyivstar and Target;
• Coordinating with divisions to implement the plan.

Monitoring of indicators:

• Control of key Target metrics;
• Information about deviations and communication of changes. 

Pmaintenance after migration:

• Monitoring metrics and implementing measures for improvement;
• Preparation of reports with proposals for further migrations.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher economic, marketing or technical;
• Work experience: At least 3 years of general experience, of which 1 year of product management or commercial/marketing initiatives;
• Special skills: MS Office, excellent communication skills, experience working with external teams, basic knowledge of product management;
• Languages: English ;
• Additional requirements: Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, experience in service migration, mastery of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of change implementation.
