Vacancy "Ssenior HR specialist " opened at our company in the city of Odesa in connection with the increase in the volume of work. We are looking for a talented and motivated person who will be responsible for maintaining personnel documentation and document flow.

What to do:

• draw up and maintain personnel documentation
• determine and enter information into the database about employees' insurance experience
• issue all types of vacations and additional days off for employees
• keep records and accompany the process of keeping sick leaves
• issue laborin books, as well as provide scanned copies of employee documents to the PFU web portal
• be able to work with the PFU portal
• regulate the acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees
• issue a certificate of employment of employees
• maintain employee report cards employees' time
• regulate business trips of employees
• regulate incentives or penalties
• form reports within the scope of their competence
• regulate the reduction of employees
• lead archive of documents of the unit, form documents for their storage
• participate in the creation of internal regulatory documentation of the unit.

Your work will be in friendly cooperation with colleagues and all the functionality listed below is distributed by the manager among all employees of the department.

This will require: 

• work experience in the position of specialist/inspector of the personnel department for 2 years or more in a large system company
• knowledge of legislation and regulatory documents relating to labor legislation
• knowledge of procedure: registration and maintenance of personnel documentation (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, reduction of employees), determination of insurance experience, registration of all types of absences, registration and maintenance of incapacity for work; registration and maintenance of labor records; work with the PFU portal mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at the level of an experienced user 
• experience in automated personnel systems will be an advantage
• business and personal qualities:openness, sociability, responsibility, ability to work in a team, diligence.
