Job DescriptionBe a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team — understand our business, influence positive change to meet the business objectives, and help implement managerial and people-related strategiesPartner with and coach our leaders in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HRWork closely with partners and colleagues across different locationsIdentify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to design and implement solutionsParticipate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacyMulti-task on various projects and initiativesPromote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey Qualifications:6+ years of experience in HR Partnering, collaborating closely with leadership at various levels and individual contributors, preferably in a multicultural high-tech environmentProven track record of positively influencing leaders and their teamsGreat interpersonal skills and experience consulting managers and employees to get them through various situationsYou are a proactive, flexible, open-minded individual who is comfortable in a constantly changing environment Analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making and drive changeYou’re a great team member, who can manage stakeholders across the globeYou’re passionate about making an impact Fluent English (both written and spoken)Based in Kyiv About The TeamWe are Wix’s People Guild.
