What to do?

• Distribute tasks between designers, monitor the progress of execution
• Cooperate with project managers, brand-managers of directions and designers
• Control the quality of all products produced by the design department
• Accept independent design decisions and justify them
• Work with the existing brand book and improve design principles as needed
• Create identity and visual style for individual projects within the company
• Develop Key Visual for POSM, Digital and SMM, following the brandbook

What are we waiting for?

• Experience in relevant positions from 3 years
• Professional working skills in Adobe and Figma
• Understanding typography and knowledge of prepress preparation processes

• Analytical and creative thinking, attention to details
• Multitasking, ability to work on several projects and prioritize tasks
• Availability of a portfolio
