Senior Full Stack Engineer in CleverStaff

PROJECT: Paloma is a relationship platform designed for individuals who are serious about finding a life partner. Unlike traditional dating apps that emphasize endless swiping and casual chats, Paloma offers a more thoughtful approach. Its aim is to help users find meaningful connections through personalized matchmaking. By leveraging individual preferences and personal data, the platform carefully selects potential partners and even assists in organizing real-life dates. There’s no need for endless chats—Paloma focuses on quality over quantity, curating matches that align with long-term relationship goals.

TEAM: around 15-20 people in a tech team.

• Advanced proficiency in Vue.js and Nuxt.js for building dynamic web applications.

• Significant experience with Supabase, particularly in authentication, database, and storage management.

• Intermediate-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including the ability to design schemas and write optimized SQL queries.

• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS for building responsive, clean user interfaces.

• Proven attention to detail, with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with Git version control, including branching and pull request workflows.

• Experience in developing full-stack applications with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments and be able to design and implement pages based on business requirements

• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

• Familiarity with benchmarking and validating technical solutions for performance.

• Prior experience writing documentation and comprehensive unit tests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS.

• Implement and maintain Supabase authentication, databases, and storage functionalities.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure optimal user experiences, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

• Write efficient SQL queries and design database schemas in PostgreSQL.

• Maintain code quality by following best practices, reviewing, debugging, and contributing to a clean, maintainable codebase.

• Deploy and manage scalable, production-grade applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Use Git for version control, following branching and pull request workflows.

• Conduct thorough testing, including unit tests, to ensure application stability.

• Document processes and provide detailed project reports when required.

• Benchmark and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
