About you:

• 5+ years of experience in agile software development related fields
• More than 5 years experience in .Net, React
• You lead a development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Facilitates communication between team members and other stakeholders (e.g., project managers, product owners)
• Often involved in performance reviews, hiring decisions, and team development
• You take the lead in the design and architecture of a software or system
• Makes high-level design decisions and ensures compliance of technical direction with business goals
• Reviews and approves design documents, ensuring that the architecture meets both functional and non-functional requirements
• Coordinates with other teams, such as QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure smooth delivery
• Conducts code reviews, ensuring that the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and efficient
• Establishes and enforces coding standards and best practices within the team
• Upper-intermediate level of English
