Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to lead the technical development of various exciting projects (including a marketplace app, a cutting-edge platform for designers, a SaaS app in the hiring space, and more). In this role, you will guide and manage middle developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise will be critical in driving our projects forward and shaping the future of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.

- Take early-stage technical leadership roles.

- Mentor middle developers and manage their contributions.

- Focus on high detail in UI/UX integration and performance.

- Manage complex application architectures and database interactions.

- Implement and uphold high-quality OOP practices and patterns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Over 5 years of full-stack development experience in PHP, Laravel, and React.

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage development teams.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, and API integration.

- Strong skills in version control using Git.

- Expertise in managing complex application architectures and OOP.

- Experience in startups or personal projects is highly regarded.
