We are a leading player in the Israeli market for quality control and safety in construction, boasting significant traction and a recent $11 million Round A funding for our US expansion. Our product is a mobile and web application designed to ensure the highest standards in construction safety and quality.

Team Composition

Product Team : 4 Product Owners, 1 UX Designer, 1 CTO, 3 Team Leads, 1 Architect, 5 QA Engineers, 14 FullStack Developers, Sales and Support Team

Role Overview

As a Senior FullStack Developer, you will focus on setting and maintaining technical standards, architectural decisions, and ensuring high-quality code. You will tackle challenging features, build foundational structures, and either develop them yourself or collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Coding & Estimation (80%) : Write high-quality code, break down tasks with the Team Lead, and deliver robust features.
• Code Review & Mentoring (20%) : Review code to ensure adherence to standards, share knowledge, and mentor team members.

Key Competencies:

• Strong performance optimization skills
• Debugging assistance and skill sharing
• Attention to detail and bug-free delivery

Quality Metrics:

• Uptime/SLA and other performance metrics
• Minimal performance issues and bugs
• Fault tolerance and problem minimization

Our Recruitment Stages

We are looking for a talented Senior FullStack developer to join our R&D team and help us reach new heights in the field of construction quality and safety. Here are the recruitment stages the candidate will go through:

1. HR Interview
   
   • The first meeting with our HR manager to discuss general questions, learn about the company, and understand your work expectations.
2. Home Task
   
   • A practical task you will complete at home. It will help us assess your technical skills and approach to problem-solving.
3. Technical Interview + Live Coding
   
   • A meeting with our technical specialist to discuss your home task solution, followed by live coding to evaluate your skills in real-time.
4. Interview with the CTO
   
   • An interview with our Chief Technical Officer to discuss your experience, vision for development, and alignment with our culture.
5. HR Interview with the Customer
   
   • The final meeting with our HR manager and our customer to clarify details and make the final decision.
