It enhances customer service, increases efficiency, and supports seamless omnichannel interactions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences.We’re tasked with building a next-gen application from scratch, giving us the freedom to choose the ideal UI and backend tools to bring it to life. If you love having big goals, real world challenges, and making customers incredibly happy whilst fostering your obsessive need for perfect code and user experience, this is the job for you.Responsibilities:Be part of an agile team to develop scalable, highly available cloud contact center software using Java and single-page JavaScript. Design, develop, and implement Java applications, focusing on RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Create and manage JavaScript MVC frameworks for front-end development. Implement and handle JavaScript asynchronous operations such as events, closures, callbacks, promises, and error handling. Leverage strong computer science principles and object-oriented programming skills in project development. Bring a positive attitude to the team, helping mentor more junior engineers, drive our standards, show ownership and an obsession for our customers. , Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in Java application development, including RESTful or GraphQL API delivery. 2+ years of experience with JavaScript MVC in a professional or open-source context. Familiarity with JavaScript async patterns (events, closures, callbacks, promises, error handling, etc.). Strong computer science fundamentals and object-oriented programming skills (undergrad CS degree or equivalent experience). Agile coding experience with small teams making significant impacts quickly. Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with strong ownership qualities. Nice to have:1+ years of professional or open-source experience with a JavaScript MVC toolkit such as React, Dojo, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Knockout, or Ember.js. 1+ years of experience delivering production software using Containers (Docker or similar). 1+ years of experience delivering production software into Public Cloud.Experience with Voice applications and/or SIP Protocols. Experience with Contact Center or Call Center software. Experience in a modern consumer environment (Pinterest, Box, Quora, Facebook...) and/or open-source contributions (node.js, Dojo toolkit, NPM modules, etc.). Experience with GIT SCM. Experience with data visualization tools (Highcharts, d3.js, etc.).
