The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Next JS, Next UI, Tailwind CSS, and Node JS, with a strong understanding of project architecture to ensure scalability and performance. This role requires providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to the highest coding standards and best practices. The Senior Developer will be responsible for architectural design, strategic decision-making, and ensuring our technologies and codebase maintain the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement high-performing and scalable websites (Sales funnels) using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS. Plan and architect web applications to ensure scalability, performance optimization, and robust coding standards. Lead architectural design and strategic decision-making for web projects, ensuring solutions align with best practices and business goals. Provide substantial technical leadership and guidance through detailed code reviews, mentorship, and the establishment of best practices. Continuously monitor and enhance front-end performance, documenting application changes and development updates. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement mobile-responsive design principles. Deploy, manage, and optimize websites on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or similar. Leverage the full capabilities of Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS to boost website performance and user experience. Collaborate effectively with team members regarding project progress, issues, and solutions. Mentor and provide advanced technical guidance to fellow team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct thorough code reviews for middle designers and the entire team to ensure adherence to the best coding practices and maintain high-quality code standards. Develop and implement everyday solutions to ensure the consistency and quality of the technologies and code produced by the team. Requirements/must-havesMinimum 5 years of experience working with Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS. Minimum 5 years of experience working with Node JS. Proven experience in architecting and developing high-performance, scalable websites and applications. Extensive experience deploying and managing websites on platforms such as Vercel or Netlify. Strong expertise in designing web project architectures to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability. Demonstrated proficiency in developing high-performance websites using Next JS, Next UI,and Tailwind CSS. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Deep understanding of website speed and performance optimization techniques. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly GitHub. Experience in back-end development or exposure to backend technologies (nice to have). Proven ability to provide strategic insights and everyday solutions to maintain high-quality standards in technology and code.
