This individual will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, management reporting and analysis processes.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and coordination of the annual budget process working closely with department headsProvide variance analysis and insights to support budget reviews and adjustmentsPrepare and deliver regular financial reportsMonitor and analyze operating expenses to ensure accuracy and proper expense classification and allocationProvide insights and recommendations to optimize cost efficiencyAct as a financial partner to various departments, providing financial insights and support for their initiativesConduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activitiesRequired SkillsExcellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingAbility to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to various non-financial stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively, build relationships with stakeholdersHigh degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
