Senior Flutter Developer in Niks

Welcome to the world of cross-platform development! We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who does not just write code, but designs solutions, takes responsibility for product quality and helps the team grow.

What will you do:

• You will design and develop the architecture of mobile applications on Flutter;

• You will make key technical decisions and be responsible for code quality;

• You will optimize performance, stability and scalability of applications;

• You will conduct code reviews and share expertise with the team;

• You will collaborate with backend teams, designers and product managers;

• You will participate in planning, task evaluation and technical discussions;

• You will monitor mobile development trends and implement best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Deep knowledge of Dart and Flutter;

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter in production projects;

• Confident mastery of state management (BLoC, Cubit, Riverpod, Provider);

• Experience in REST API integration, working with WebSockets, authorization, caching;

• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID and design patterns;

• Experience optimizing performance and debugging complex cases;

• Confident work with Git (code review, branching strategies);

• Ability to write scalable, maintainable and tested code;

• Experience in mentoring or technical leadership;

• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Will be a big plus:

• Experience in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) font-weight: 400">

• Stable and long-term cooperation;
