Senior Financial Controller in Pharmbills

Pharmbills is looking for a Senior Financial Controller who is results oriented and confident in managing financial functions. This role is key to accounting, publishing financial statements, analyzing financial data and managing a team. The Senior Financial Controller will also ensure regulatory compliance, assess risk and provide strategic financial advice to support the financial stability of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Control of internal processes and cooperation with business units to identify and reduce risks. Directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• Working closely with business units to prepare monthly budgets and align requests with the financial plan.
• Consolidation of monthly budgets, Plan/Act metrics assessment and coordination with financial controllers in the US for timely and accurate financial transfers.
• Managing cost centers, including processing payment requests, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and ensuring proper cost allocation.

• Evaluating cost effectiveness and preparing detailed reports for management review.
• Checking and ensuring the accuracy of all reporting files and related documents.
• Collaboration with financial managers, financial reporters and accounting teams to prepare accurate financial reports.
• Provide recommendations to business units on payment matters and interact with banks, payment systems and the US payment team.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial controlling or a related department.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting programs (QuickBooks) and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• B2+ English language skills.
