In-depth knowledge in the field of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting. Practical experience in compiling a complete set of financial statements and understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial statements. Knowledge of budgeting methods and cost control. Professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis, financial modeling, construction of boards). Practical experience in creating analytical reports and infographics based on a large amount of data. Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate (understanding of key financial terms). The team is waiting for you: Carrying out financial and budget control - approval of requests for expenses in the corporate IT-enterprise system, approval of new agreements and financial flows. Formation of monthly management reporting — preparation of a complete set of financial reporting (Cash flow, P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately for units / projects, implementation of cost allocation by units. Analytical support to the CEO and management — conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, as well as providing recommendations to help make sound and strategic financial decisions. Budgeting and planning — assisting the CEO in formulating budgets, collecting, analyzing and justification of deviations. Participate in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assess their financial feasibility. Participate in internal team projects — PnL, budgeting module, BI reports, etc.  We offer: Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
