Senior financial analyst at a manufacturing (mil-tech) enterprise in Bisseti

At a production enterprise (military-tech) in Kyiv, we are looking for a senior financial analyst for the FPA division.

Key tasks:

• Budget, forecast, management reporting support for a separate production direction; 
• Development and support of financial models / budgets for a separate production area / project; 
• Participation in the formation of the annual budget; 
• Formation of monthly forecasts of the implementation of the annual budget for a separate production direction / project; 
• Analysis (plan-fact, scenario, factor, sensitivity analysis); 
• Participation in the formation of the monthly payment calendar; 
• Participation in budget control of planned funds in the Payment Calendar; 
• Participation in the process of forming management reporting, analysis of deviations; 
• Formation of analytical dashboards, work with large data sets; 
• Formation of presentations (good presentation skills are important). 

Key skills:

• Experience in the development of financial models; 
• Experience of the budget process at the enterprise, the formation of forecasts; 
• Understanding the formation of financial statements (PL, BS, CF); 
• Advanced user of MS Excel; 
• BI experience is welcome; 
• Experience at a manufacturing company in a similar role is welcome; 
• Proactive approach and focus on results. 
• Interaction with other units during the execution of tasks; 
• Analytical mindset, the ability to understand and analyze the factors of change.
