Innovecs is currently looking for skilled specialists to join our internal team. We help the global organization to grow, enhance systems and processes, craft intriguing communications, create cutting-edge events, and take care of corporate policies. But most importantly, our main goal is to make all of our colleagues (including ourselves, of course) feel valued and supported.

* At least 3 years experience with one of Big 4 companies
* At least 2 years experience with IT outsourcing company
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
* Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, PowerPoint
* Experience with enterprise reporting tools / data warehouses
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Position responsibilities

* Drive financials research and analysis for the efficient KPIs management & tracking
* Develop financial & forecasting models, reports in Excel and PowerBI
* Help to improve budgeting, forecasting, financial planning procedures
* Understand key business drivers, seek ways to improve operational efficiency
* Partner with key stakeholders to enhance benchmarking and dashboards
* Provide guidance to management team on usage of financial metrics, tools, work with data inputs
* Align workflows on financial management with corporate automation toolstools
