Senior Finance Manager/Finance Lead in NetGame NV

We are a group of Ukrainian product IT companies that combines a portfolio of profitable projects in the iGaming niche. We implement our own large-scale projects, both in local and Tier-1 markets.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Lead who will provide effective financial management and support of one from our large-scale projects.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in management positions positions in companies, consulting, or leading Ukrainian or international groups;
• Deep knowledge in the field of financial management and accounting;
• Experience in preparing financial statements (BS, PL, CF) of non-resident companies;
• Experience in creating a complex financial infrastructure;
• Strategic thinking and successful experience of solving complex problems independently;
• Knowledge of the English language at the C1 level.

Key tasks:

• Search and implementation of ideas that will help increase business profitability;
• Participation in the process legal structuring. Analysis of the current business structure, providing recommendations for its improvement and implementation of changes;
• Structuring of financial flows and cost optimization;
• Preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, CF);

• Building a system of financial controls.
