What we will entrust you with:

• Ensuring seamless interaction and establishing cooperation and communications with key stakeholders and cross-functional units
• Monitoring the execution, control, verification of business OKRs
• Participates in and coordinates the annual budgeting process of business units HR, PR, IT, Admin, CSR, management of the budget process
• Analyzes the efficiency of business units, challenges, develops proposals for cost optimization
• Coordinate and analyze the management reporting of the relevant business units: plan, forecast, fact PL, CF, plan-fact analysis, formation of proposals for improvement of indicators affecting the result
• Manage the function of financial controlling
< li>Participate in automation of management analytics (Power BI), business requirements for Dashboards
• Develop KPIs for business units
• Carry out moderation/facilitation/initiation of reengineering of existing business processes, participates in the construction of new business processes
• Organize the preparation of management information and presentations for management upon request
• Organize the work of the FinBP team and analysts by direction, ensure the fulfillment of tasks, team development

• You have experience in 1C, PowerBI, SAP, Excel
• You have experience creating reports in Excel and Power BI
• You have Excel, Power BI, O365 at the level of a confident user
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as an analyst, financial manager
• You have a high skill in developing presentations, highlighting and presenting important things
• You have at least one year of managerial experience
• You have experience in organizing and managing a team
• Oral and written literacy
• You have developedlytic abilities, effective communication skills, business orientation, attention to details
