Senior FE Engineer in CommIT

We are seeking a senior-level React developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our high-growth fintech startup focused on the financial markets industry. As a member of our development team, you will work closely with the company's management team and play a significant role in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performance, responsive user interfaces capable of reaching millions of daily users
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs and build a product that meets those needs
• Develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps, balancing business impact, user experience, and technical excellence
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews, feedback, and continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Overall - 5+ years in development
• Expertise in React *- 5+ years and its ecosystem, including  Redux and React Router
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies such as ES6/ES7,  TypeScript
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices, including responsive design and accessibility
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers such as Vite, esBuild and yarn
• Experience with server-side rendering  Next.js and Node.js
• Experience with unit testing  Jest *, React Testing Library *
• Familiarity with Monorepo Architecture ( Yarn Workspaces )
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of Git and agile development methodologies
• Experience with clouds - 3+ years

MUST HAVE

1. NextJs (our webapp is designed with NextJs).
2. Yarn workspaces or Nx (we have monorepo arcitecure)
3. TailwindCss this is our main design system
