Senior engineer of support of communication channels in Nova Digital

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Senior Communications Channel Support Engineer.

What will you do:

• Provides consultation, accepts and qualitatively accompanies user requests in the "Service Desk" accounting system on local computer network (hereinafter LKM) and global network issues.
• You will ensure the preparation of technical instructions for users and engineers of the Subdivision.
• You will ensure the delivery and consultation of the installation of IT equipment on-site in the scheduled time.
• You will monitor the standards of network IT equipment and software.
• You will participate in the implementation of the Company's natural growth projects within the stipulated time frame.
• You will participate in testing and further implementation of innovative technologies at the Company's facilities.

About you:

• Education: Higher education (computer technology)
• Windows7/ Windows8 OS architecture .1/Windows10, as well as Linux (Ubuntu) as a confident user.
• Fundamentals of building and operating server services: AD, DNS, DHCP, FileServer/Print server, VPN .
• Architecture and operation of network services: DHCP, TCP/IP, L2/L3, PPPoE, WLC, Hosting, IPSec, Firewall, Proxy and IR telephony.

• Understand the principles of information systems: Zabbix, Netbox, ServiceDesk. (or similar systems)
• Knowledge of the basics of protection data in information systems
