Senior End-User Support Engineer in EPAM

The End-User Support Service in Ukraine is seeking Senior End-User Support Engineers to provide technical assistance to employees and support IT infrastructure in Kyiv offices. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining IT equipment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Technical skills: Intermediate to advanced
• Core knowledge:
      •    Understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
      •    Advanced troubleshooting of operating systems, hardware, and networks
      •    Familiarity with asset management principles

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide IT support to employees, resolving technical issues efficiently
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure
• Ensure proper documentation, processes, and equipment management
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the End-User Support Service
