We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Employment Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you`ll play a pivotal part in optimizing and overseeing key employment processes, ensuring our people operations align with legal standards, and supporting our employees across all stages of their journey with MacPaw. From auditing and streamlining onboarding/offboarding procedures to managing employment documentation and navigating war-related employment complexities, your expertise will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our processes and the well-being of our team.

NB! We expect our new Senior Employment Specialist to be able to visit the office when needed; therefore, we are considering candidates only from Kyiv or the surrounding area.
In this role, you will:
- Сonduct the audit of current onboarding and offboarding processes and implement needed changes to make these processes more efficient
- Coordinate contract signing with employees according to the type of cooperation, preparing necessary agreements and documents (cooperation/labour contracts, NDA, liability agreements, etc.) to ensure safe labour relations for the company
- Based on legal requirements keep necessary employment documentation and maintain Macpawians’ records, which include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g. employment applications and orders, holiday, sick leave, maternity leave, termination, etc.) to ensure legal compliance with mandatory employee documentation
- Design job descriptions for the roles within the company
- Handle war-related employer issues — monitor and analyze law changes and updates, analyze internal state and possible risks, research relevant solutions and prepare needed information for decision-making by the company stakeholders, deal with reservation and military record-keeping
- Gather, validate, and submit necessary company and employees information/reports for government authorities and internal accountancy
- Handle the requests from the employees
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Profound experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of labour legislation
- Work experience at organizations with more than 100 employees
- Practical experience in carrying out independent management of personnel records
- Hands-on experience with reservation and military record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- At least an intermediate level of English

- Experience with Diia City
