We are a distributed team and work to use that to our advantage for customer success and life balance.Currently, our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless integration and performance enhancements for clients' products.IF YOU AREProficient in C programmingFamiliar with Linux Build Systems (Yocto or Buildroot) and build toolchainsExperienced in embedded systems, including building and/or using custom systems with custom kernelsStrong in Linux as a user with knowledge of basic concepts like kernel, bootloader, drivers, modules, files, and daemonsFamiliar with networking protocols and concepts, including client-server communication, TCP/IP, and DHCPKnowledgeable in basic cryptography and PKI, including PKI, TLS, and CASkilled in debugging Embedded Linux, including debugging the Kernel, monitoring logs, and connecting via serial cable (would be a plus)Familiar with C++ (optional)Experienced in cross-compilation between x64 and ARM (nice to have)AND YOU WANT TOOperate on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cisco's productsCollaborate with a team of system generalists to compile and integrate new OS and toolchain releasesSolve complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define, design, and deliver IoT solutionsTOGETHER WE WILLCreate an impact on the expertise, and competence development, as well as grow, strengthen, and scale IoT practice presence within the company, and within our customer's value chainOffer and implement your own solutionsTake part in internal and external events where you can build and promote your personal brandEnjoy flexible working hours, a nice package of benefits (medical insurance, additional paid vacation, anniversary gifts, corporate events, foreign language classes) SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
