Together, wewill work onthe project for aclient specializing inharnessing the convergence ofAI and microelectronics totreat eye diseases. Responsibilities: Design and implement hardware and software for embedded devices and systems from requirements toproduction and commercial deployment without supervision Design, develop, code, test and debug system software Interface with hardware design and development Analyse and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability ofsystem resources Integrate and validate new product designs Support softwareQA and optimize I/O performance Provide post-production support Assess third party and open source software Applying state-of-the-art embedded systems design tosolve business problems Performing research and developing proof ofconcept prototypes Requirements: Weknow that sometimes, you can’t tick every box. Ability tothink inananalytic and structured way S/MS degree inComputer Science orEngineering Proven working 5+years experience inhardware and software engineering Solid programming experience 5+years inC/C++ Experience with Cortex M0/M3/M4/M7, Nordic nRF5SDK/ nRF Connect SDK, networking (Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee etc.), MCU peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC, timers, etc.) Proven experience inembedded systems design with RTOS Experience inhands-on development and troubleshooting onembedded targets Familiarity with software configuration management tools, bug tracking tools, and peer review Experience with GCC, VSCode, IAR ARMWorkbench, Eclipse Knowledge Python for test script extension and development Understanding ofGit workflow Ability tomentor junior and intern teammates Strong English language Strong technical documentation writing skills Ability todocument properly systems functionality, code and methodology Good presentational and visualization skills. Ability todescribe and present results clearly, answer questions and communicate issues Desirable: Experience with Linux kernel, experience with low-level OS/platform, understanding ofunix internals DSP expertise and strong theoretical background AI... Proficiency indevelopment and deploying containers (e.g. Docker) Ability tobuild and maintain virtual machines.
