Senior Economist/Senior Economist - NFU risk management and assessment* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Assessment of risks inherent in the activities of non-bank providers of financial services;
• Development of the second-level methodology and implementation of credit risk management procedures, liquidity risk, prudential requirements, capital requirements;
• Definition of early warning indicators about the risks of non-bank financial service providers/participation in the construction of EWS/participation in the determination of quantitative and qualitative criteria for determining the risk profile of non-bank financial service providers; 
• Analysis of the non-banking financial sector of Ukraine on the basis of financial, statistical, regulatory reporting data, questionnaires of objects of supervision, the results of the early response system, the results of the assessment of business models, as well as on the basis of information from other sources;
• Preparation of analytical materials and reports on the activities of non-banking financial service providers.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of working in the market of non-bank financial institutions and/or in the banking market in the direction of risk management and assessment for at least 3 years;
• Higher education (master's degree or specialist) in the specialty "Banking", "Enterprise economics", "Accounting and auditing", "Financial control", "Financial management", "Mathematics", "Economic analysis" or related disciplines;
• Knowledge of the theory and practice of non-banking and/or banking regulation and supervision, basic regulatory requirements for non-bank financial service providers, prudential standards of the National Bank of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of the principles of forming regulatory reporting files to the National Bank of Ukraine (Resolutions No. 120 and 123);
• Understanding the methodology of analyzing performance indicators of non-bank financial service providers, comprehensive analysis of risks arising in their activities; 
equal conditions regarding matching of experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills, reliability and safety of candidatesidate, when making a decision on the selection of candidates for vacant positions, preference is given to:
