Senior Designer in INCH KYIV

INCHKIEV is a specialized pharmaceutical marketing agency with a unique combination of creative, medical and innovation-technical expertise. Currently, the company's portfolio includes 30+ pharmaceutical clients and over 100 products.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our team and help create effective visual solutions for our clients. If you have strong graphic and web design skills and experience in branding, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop concepts and visuals solutions for digital and print projects (websites, mobile apps, advertising campaigns, packaging, presentations, etc.).

Interaction with the marketing team, developers and other designers to create high-quality products that meet business objectives.

Creative direction and support of junior designers within projects.

Ensure visual compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Manage multiple projects at the same time, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

Creation of design concepts taking into account modern trends and the latest technologies.

Active participation in development and support of brand materials for clients.

Candidate requirements:

3+ years of work experience as a graphic designer, in particular in agencies or companies with an active using visual content.

At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Designer.

Experience with design for various platforms: digital, print, UI/UX.

p> Work experience with branding will be a significant advantage.

Sufficient command of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), as well as Figma.

Knowledge of the basics of typography, composition, color and current trends in design.

Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to find new visual solutions.

Experience in customer interaction and presentations design solutions.

 English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
