Senior Demand Manager in Ajax Systems

In connection with the development of the demand planning function, we are opening a new position of Senior Demand Manager - a specialist who will be able to turn data into practical decision-making tools and influence strategic processes.

Your zones Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining a accurate sales plan - the basis for production and logistics planning. 
• Deep analysis of the product portfolio (seasonality, life cycle, consumption). 
• Proactive interaction with the sales department, collection of information "from the fields", assessment of market impact. 
• Participation in S&OP/IBP, regular communication with C-level: analytics, presentations, arguments.
• Implementation of new forecasting approaches, optimization of existing processes.
• Ensuring balance between demand and inventory in various markets.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning, preferably in manufacturing or retail.
• Ability to work with big data, critical and systems thinking.
• Experience with Excel (above average), ERP systems, reporting, visualization.
• Knowledge of the principles of forecasting, planning, inventory management.
• English — from the Upper-Intermediate level for internal documentation and communication with expats.
• Independence in work, willingness to work with management, to defend their decisions.
