How exactly can you influence development companies:

• consolidation and analysis of information from internal data sources (DWH) in terms of customers/orders/ecosystem products
• preparation, formation and automation of operational reporting in Tableau
• data analysis in order to obtain important information, new insights (data mining)
• search for patterns and explanation of events using data
• Ad-hoc requests from colleagues from different departments of the company and C-level
• systematization and visualization of data
• construction and standardization of metrics

Challenges for three months:

• successfully pass the onboarding, deal with the analytical environment, existing data and reports
• master the practices of solving typical tasks
• collect and systematize requirements for the new direction of ecosystem analytics, form a backlog
• propose the first necessary metrics and build the first reports on the ecosystem

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3 years of daily Data Analyst experience
• high level of SQL proficiency for data query (window functions, data grouping), use on a daily basis must have
• possession of one of the BI tools (Tableau - an advantage/ClickView/PowerBI or others)
• availability of general marketing expertise: understanding of demand, supply, funnel, customer analytics (cohort, RFM analysis, etc.)
• experience in building and standardizing metrics (creating new metrics, changing logic, validating existing ones)
• proficiency in Python for working with big data
• knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level

How do you regulate your working hours?

• flexible schedule taking into account functionality
• days off with retention of remuneration: 20 for personal needs, another 1 for a birthday, 10 due to illness, up to 8 for donating blood
