Main tasks and responsibilities
Politics, guidelines and procedures of the International Medical Corps
- Actively promote standards to prevent sexual exploitation and violence (SEN) in International Medical Corps and among the beneficiaries.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive image and general trust in the organization, in particular through the application of the Code of Conduct, Ethics, Values and Positions towards internal and external participants.
SystemMEAL< /strong>
- Lead the development of internal standard operating procedures for effective data management, starting with data collection and ending with the final report. li>
- Support in developing/updating necessary data collection tools in line with International Medical Corps and donor recommendations in consultation with MEAL and the programs.
Design and development of necessary data management systems for program data
- Support in the development of instructions for users to use and manage all databases.
- Support in developing/updating analytical dashboards to meet program needs
- Supporting data collection management for entire missions and development of mobile data collection forms.
Data Entry and Analysis
- Manage whatdaily/weekly input of program data into appropriate database and generate periodic (weekly, monthly) reports including trend analysis.
- Perform data cleaning and input of all surveys in missions, excluding patient satisfaction surveys, post-distribution monitoring.
- Enter weekly data into the online EWARS or similar MOH reporting system, and generate and disseminate monthly trend analyzes for major diseases.
- Retain all forms and paper copies of collected data, as well as create backup copies on an external hard drive.
- Assist with data collection as needed.
- Assist with the logistics and administration of MEAL workshops, trainings, surveys and evaluations.
Technical supervision of the data system
< li style="font-weight: 400">Analysis of data, identification of discrepancies and elimination of problems in agreement with the manager, as well as participation in regular data quality audits.

Capacity Building- Conducting trainings/seminars and repeated trainings to increase the qualifications of personnel on the use of the data management system and tools.
- Support training and providing assistance to field enumerators and partners on data collection, analysis and use.
Information presentation
< li style="font-weight: 400">Maintain a dashboard for weekly and monthly reports, generate performance indicators for the completeness and timeliness of facility reporting and share them with the manager. - Create and share monthly/quarterly trend analysis for key program metrics.
- Regularly update dashboards for providing up-to-date information to all teams.

Minimum requirements
- As a rule, a bachelor's degree in in information management, computer science, data science or related fields, with experience in data management systems. For noqualifications may be substituted by an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- As a rule, 2+ years of applied experience working in a humanitarian organization in the field of information technology and data management systems.
- The candidate must be a highly qualified computer user with proven experience in developing and managing databases (SQL Server).
- Experience in cleaning data, identifying data quality problems and methods of their correction.
- Experience in working with confidential data, including health information, and their protection, as well as the creation of security systems data.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and relevant areas of data management.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- High proficiency in data visualization software, including Power BI.
- High proficiency in tools for mobile data collection and XLS forms.
- Personal and organizational skills including time management and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of local context, healthcare and other government systems.
- Good training/presentation facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of English language proficiency (speaking - reading - writing) .
- High level of command of the LANGUAGE of the Mission (speaking - reading - writing).
