Leveraging OpenTelemetry and advanced trace analytics, their solution provides enterprises with real-time insights into runtime transactions and behaviors to thwart attacks from within the application context. Responsibilities

As a senior data engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust data pipelines capable of efficiently ingesting, processing, and integrating vast datasets. The role demands expertise in distributed systems, data architecture, and performance optimization to maintain seamless data flow and integrity across the platform.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a data engineer, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
• Proficiency in Python for building data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Data orchestration and ETL tools
  • Relational database management systems
  • Cloud or columnar data stores like Clickhouse, Redshift, Snowflake, or Hive/Presto
  • NoSQL databases such as OpenSearch and Cassandra
  • Stream processing tools including Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Apache Flink
• Solid grasp of distributed systems, core computer science algorithms, data structures, and their trade-offs
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and tracing
• Avid reader and fan of "Designing Data-Intensive Applications"
• DevOps skills with the ability to manage basic data infrastructure independently
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector
• Active contributor to open-source projects or personal software initiatives
