Senior Data Analyst in TechState

Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions, forecasting, and predictive analytics.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different platforms and systems.Create and automate regular reporting processes to enhance decision-making efficiency.Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives.Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data analysis methods.Proficiency in Excel; experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications.Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data warehousing.
