Our objective is to gain valuable insights into various business segments through this robust BI system.Key Data Segments:Products: Insights into product usage related to software.Planning/Financials: Retrospective planning and financials, including capitalization, depreciation, spend, and assets.Development Implementation: Insights on development performance (e.g., DORA), though this is not a current priority.NEEDS Process: Enhancing visibility into our "NEEDS Process" and software capitalization & depreciation process.We have integrated data from Jira and an internal Resource Management Tool into a BigQuery and Looker-based solution, with plans to include Datadog in the future.Responsibilities:Integrate and adapt data from various sources directly within Looker, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Create and maintain insightful dashboards that provide reliable and actionable insights.Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.Mandatory Skills:Looker, LookerML: Strong experience with Looker and LookML, including advanced knowledge for data visualization and direct data adaptation.BigQuery: Extensive experience with BigQuery.Jira: Familiarity with Jira, as it is a primary data source.SQL: Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.Version Control and Task Management: Experience with git code repositories and version control.Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data presented in dashboards.Nice-to-Have Skills:ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL processes, even though they are not currently implemented.Additional BI Tools: Exposure to other BI tools and platforms to enhance flexibility and innovation in BI solutions.Languages:English: C1 Advanced Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Часткова зайнятістьJob responsibilities Business development Industries IT services and IT Consulting
