The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling, with a keen ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Data Collection and Preparation:Identify and gather data from diverse sources (databases, files, APIs).Ensure data quality and integrity through cleaning, processing, and validation.Data Analysis:Apply statistical methods and tools to analyze complex datasets.Discover trends, patterns, and correlations within data.Develop predictive models for forecasting and optimization.Data Visualization:Create clear and compelling data visualizations (graphs, charts, dashboards).Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Decision Support:Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.Data Modeling and Process Improvement:Build data models to support business operations.Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, integrity, and efficiency.Develop and refine data flow diagrams, process flows, and data requirements.Analyze current processes to identify errors and improvement areas.Proactively recommend system enhancements to improve data accuracy and accessibility.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.Expertise in statistical methods and data modeling techniques.Excellent data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.
