We are looking for a proactive and responsible Data Analyst/Game Analyst for our GameDev startup (Telegram mini-apps). What will your key tasks include? defining, measuring and continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs); developing and implementing dashboards to track progress; modeling user behavior and identifying growth factors; audience segmentation by various parameters. Our ideal candidate: has experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases for data sampling and analysis; confident in Excel (pivot tables, processing of large volumes of data); knows Google Analytics and has experience with user behavior analytics; has basic knowledge of Python for automating analytical processes and hypothesis testing; has experience testing statistical hypotheses and understanding statistical methods; knows the basics of statistics and probability theory; knows how to plan, run and analyze the results of A/B tests; has experience in analyzing the results of releases and updates, as well as presenting this data to the team; has the skills to identify growth points and improve LTV (of users' vital value); has analytical thinking, the ability to draw conclusions and form recommendations.
