Senior Data Analyst

You will work on analysis and search for recommendations to optimize the entire business. Interact with the team and help make effective data-driven decisions.

What will you be doing?

• Help in creating budgets and business plans for the operational direction and monitoring the implementation of plans
• Construction of algorithms for forecasting the number of personnel in the warehouse on a daily-monthly basis depending on the number of incoming orders
• Analytics for monitoring the state of stocks in the warehouse
• Construction of analytics for tracking processing orders, identifying possible delays or problems
• Determining key metrics of customer service, such as waiting time, satisfaction level and others and creating dashboards for constant analysis and monitoring.
• Building a system for monitoring feedback and customer complaints, as well as creating a series of dashboards for convenient monitoring
• Providing recommendations for improving efficiency and optimizing processes in warehouse operations, order processing and the call center

• Using mathematical models to efficiently allocate resources such as manpower, equipment or finance

What do we expect?

• From 3 years of experience in the position of Data Analyst
• Proven experience in designing and improving business analytics tools
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce, sales funnels, customer journey and pricing strategies
• Experience with operations analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel
• SuperSet or similar , Power BI/Tableau
• Experience transforming complex data analysis results into meaningful visualizations with clear insights
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles
• Experience in methods statistical analysis
• Amazon stack Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with Big Data technologies.
• Analytical mindset, ability to structure information and delve into it when necessary
• Experience designing A/B tests
