Role Overview

Are you a motivated professional with experience in supply chain consulting or IT/programming? Do you have a strong grasp of ERP systems, SAP, databases, and SQL? If you also possess excellent project management skills, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
 

  • Ensuring that our software can be connected to clients' ERP and that it meets their technical needs
  • Managing implementation projects directly for customers as well as together with partners
  • Being able to showcase the software at the demo- and proof of concept meetings
  • Ensuring a successful process of new сustomer launch, which requires deploying and installing the software, as well as accurately connecting and validating data within a particular time frame
  • Training the customers using the software
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer problems.
  • Improvement of the existing processes of the department and the company as a whole.

     

What You'll Have:
 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Business development, Onboarding, account/relationship Management, or similar role at a Saas Company.
  • Experience working with technical products is a plus 
  • English — Fluent (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles.
  • Excellent data validation skills.
  • SQL, network knowledge would be a plus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate inconsistencies, issues, and process improvement ideas to account managers.
