Now we’re looking for a Senior Creative Writer (YouTube), a creative leader with hands-on writing experience and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team of scriptwriters. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English, deeply tuned into U.S. trends, and knows how to turn sharp humor into compelling, high-performing scripts.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Writing original, high-impact scripts in English for YouTube.

• Mentoring writers and ensuring consistency with the project’s Tone of Voice.

• Blending humor, insights, and meme culture into engaging narratives.

• Collaborating closely with editors and creative specialists during production.

• Generating bold, scroll-stopping, “wow, oh my god” video ideas.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have led creative teams and personally written scripts.

• Closely follow the U.S. entertainment landscape (movies, TV series, YouTube creators).

• Have Upper-Intermediate English or higher and write confidently.

• Can structure your own work, organize a team, and thrive under short deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with creators and channels like Lessons in Meme Culture, Asmongold, penguinz0, Man Carrying Thing.
