We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Creative Designer who can not only create attractive web design, but also develop innovative ideas for various platforms. You will work in a creative team, where everyone has the opportunity to realize their ideas, both independently and in team collaboration. Main duties: Creation of web design for sites and applications taking into account modern UI/UX trends. Development of creative concepts for advertising campaigns spanning digital, print and social media. Generation of new ideas and concepts both in a team and independently for various marketing activities. Ensuring visual compliance with brand standards and clients' business objectives. Participation in presentations and discussions projects with clients and internal teams. Candidate requirements: 3+ years of work experience as a hybrid designer (graph + web), in particular in creative agencies or in companies with an active presence in digital. Experience in creating web design taking into account UI/UX principles and adaptive solutions. Ability to develop new ideas and concepts both independently and in a team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Creativity, the ability to analyze information and create non-standard solutions. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
