Join our dedicated team of Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, and SysOps/DevOps Engineers to drive our cloud operations to new heights.Job Summary:As a Cloud/SysOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our production environments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, user support, software deployment, maintenance, production migrations, and cloud infrastructure improvements. You will work closely with developers to optimize processes and support infrastructure-as-code initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and Support:Perform day-to-day system monitoring and handle L2-3 support.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring high availability and performance.Software Deployment and Maintenance:Deploy software updates and patches.Maintain production environments, ensuring stability and reliability.Production Migrations:Plan and execute production migrations with minimal downtime.Ensure data integrity and system availability during migrations.Cloud Infrastructure Improvements:Continuously improve and modernize cloud infrastructure.Upgrade key components such as VPN solutions and AD controllers.Collaboration:Work closely with Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, and DevOps Engineers.Support development teams from an infrastructure perspective.Long-term Initiatives:Participate in long-term projects and feature improvements across environments.Implement best practices for security and infrastructure management.Required Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 6-7 years in relevant IT roles (Cloud operations, SysOps, DevOps).Strong AWS knowledge with experience supporting AWS-based cloud platforms.Windows server administration, including AD and MS Remote Desktop services.Experience with L3 support and production monitoring.Technical Skills:Strong troubleshooting and network administration skills.Proficiency with AWS security best practices.Scripting experience (Python3, Shell, PowerShell).Database administration (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.Understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile practices.Soft Skills:Strong motivation for continuous learning and improvement.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.At least B2 level of English.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Knowledge of CI/CD toolsets and monitoring tools like DataDog. Familiarity with Linux administration.
