The Commercial team is currently looking for an ambitious Lead Category Manager, ready to lead key projects. If you want to work with advanced analytical tools, innovate and manage the most desired children's toys in the whole country, this opportunity is for you !Tasks that will face you: Analyze the market, competitors and consumers to identify new trends and predict changes. Develop a strategy for the development of product lines: form assortment matrices, determine key categories of goods and brands. Implement a pricing system and control the margin. Plan and implement key financial and commercial indicators: purchase budgets, planned turnover , sales. Develop B2B and B2C promotion strategies channels. Conduct negotiations with suppliers to improve cooperation conditions and with key customers. Participation in the development of marketing programs: ATL and BTL activities.
