Develop a strategy for the development of product lines: form assortment matrices, determine key categories of goods and brands. Implement a pricing system and control the margin. Plan and implement key financial and commercial indicators: purchase budgets, planned turnover , sales. Develop B2B and B2C promotion strategies channels. Conduct negotiations with suppliers to improve cooperation conditions and with key customers. Participation in the development of marketing programs: ATL and BTL activities.
