Must-Haves:

• Good communication skills in  English
  
• 8+ years of experience in C++ , utilizing object-oriented techniques and good testing methodology.
  
• Experience in multithreading , STL , Distributed Systems
• Database application development experience utilizing SQL and relational database techniques
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• 5+ years financial industry knowledge . Preferably working with Fixed Income products .
• Experience with XML and FpML
• Experience with  FIX PROTOCOL/BINARY PROTOCOL
  
• Experience in developing high throughout, low latency, resilient software
• Experience in post trade and clearing
• Knowledge of Python/JavaScript programming
