Your future functional:

• process of support (creation and administration) of job instructions< /li>

• payment of one-time bonuses;

• support of Collection motivation systems, WO, CPP, Verification, Corporate Risks;

• support of the "Thank you" project;

• communication with partners (ML "Dila", TVT Insurance Broker);

• participation in reviews of market practices;

• etc. 

Our candidate has:

• higher education (preferably in the field of economics, management or HR);
• 2 years of experience in C&B;

• knowledge of MS Excel, proficiency level - average;

• knowledge of the English language - from below intermediate;

• such personal qualities: structure, system thinking, responsibility
