Overview: As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Deep Knowledge Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business intelligence operations. You will lead complex data analysis projects, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analysts. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where your expertise will directly impact the company’s strategic decision-making and performance.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis:Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and industry developments.Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and strategic briefs.Project Management:Oversee and manage major business intelligence projects from conception to completion.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality intelligence outputs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support various business intelligence needs.Mentorship and Development:Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Provide guidance and support to junior team members on data analysis methodologies and analytical techniques.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business intelligence requirements and provide tailored solutions.Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership and other departments.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.Innovation and Improvement:Continuously improve business intelligence processes and methodologies.Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in business intelligence.Implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality and impact of intelligence outputs.Qualifications:Proven experience in a business intelligence or related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent data analysis capabilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science, statistics, or a related field is preferred.Compensation:Base salary of 2,500 EUR per month and higherUnlimited capacity for growth and skill development.Opportunities to work on high-impact, benevolent projects.Why Deep Knowledge Group?
