Your team: Head ofSales, 5IT Business Development Managers, 2Lead Generation Managers, 1Partnership Manager. Hard:✔️ Successful sales experience through UpWork; ✔️ Understanding of the sales funnel, knowledge of the principles and rules of work with UpWork; ✔️ 3+ years of commercial experience in the role of ITSales Manager (minimum experience in B2B sales of at least 3 years in a national position, and outsourced/outstaffed sales); ✔️ Successful experience in negotiating with foreign clients, and achieving company goals; ✔️ English language from Upper-Intermediate (proficiency in written and spoken English); ✔️ Understanding of mobile and web application development, SDLC model, how service business works; ✔️ Knowledge of sales techniques, working with objections; ✔️ Desire to sell, work for results, attention to details and a strong desire to earn money!
