We are looking for a Senior Advertiser Relation Manager who will join and strengthen our current team. You will be responsible for client success working directly with our advertisers globally.What you’ll do:Manage a portfolio of clients;Work on different stages including onboarding, adaptation, and growth;Apply specific strategies to each client at each specific stage;Respond to incoming calls and emails, and relay messages from clients;Manage the end-of-month reporting system;Manage the invoicing process and debts control;Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s visibility, network with potential clients, and stay informed about industry trends.What we expect:At least 1 year of experience in mobile agencies, affiliate networks, lead generators;Understanding the basics of online advertising;Attentiveness, diligence, punctuality, ability to make independent decisions;Experience in working with clients (accounting, retaining, development);Experience with CRM systems;Readiness to go on business trips;Proficiency in English (oral and written).We offer:Work in the international company;Hybrid working format (office/home office) or remote work;Corporate education — courses and trainings, meet ups and conferences;Voluntary health insurance after probation period;We promote healthy lifestyle and encourage employees by special fitness reimbursement policy;Effective onboarding program for a better start;Corporate events and team buildings.
