Conduct analysis and formalization of business requirements Set technical tasks for software development. Interact with development teams at the stages of implementation and testing. Implement/commission new technological solutions. Write instructions for users and train them. Participate in projects to improve personnel motivation systems. Participate in internal and external integration projects. Accompany and support implemented changes. Conduct performance analysis (including economic) of implemented solutions. What is needed for this Have experience with WMS / TMS class systems. Have knowledge of the subject area: transport and warehouse logistics processes, interaction with courier services. Have experience in drawing up requirements for software development. Have experience with integration projects information systems. Speak Polish and/or English.
