Senior business analyst IT in Ligamedia

We are looking for Senior business analyst IT for the company NEXA IT

5 major products in IT development.

Have experience with IT products (Erp, Saas products, development of IT products);

Have experience with IT teams (Devops, development, Lead, CTO, Project, Product manager, Product owner, QA etc.)

Business analyst (IT company)

Three key criteria for candidate search:

1. Have experience with IT development teams and with IT products more than with processes.

2. Qualitatively help collect requirements from internal and external customers

3. Be able to describe business processes qualitatively and in detail (and clearly) for internal teams: development, marketing, lawyers, HR, others.  

Work in a team of Product manager, product owner, project manager and 14 developers.

We work 2 days a week from the office at Parkovo-Syretskaya 23.

Functional duties:

• holding meetings with the customer and gathering requirements;
• analysis of tasks and developing a vision (model, concept) of their solution;
• participation in projects to improve and create new business processes in the company;
• interaction with programmers - setting tasks (writing technical specifications), testing;
• writing instructions for end users;
• training users, implementation of developments;
• Identifying needs of the customer;
• Collection and analysis of software requirements;
• Formulation of solution concepts, construction of process and structure models;
• Design documentation development;
• Requirements management;
• Participation in the reception testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Business analyst IT from 4 years.
• Experience setting of technical tasks (writing technical specifications), description of business processes, development of regulatory documentation;
• Theoretical training in the field of research, analysis and modeling of business processes;
• Knowledge of notations for describing BPMN business processes will be an advantage;
• Innovativeness, sociability, ability work in a team and set priorities.

Working conditions:

• Flexible work format (2 times a week work in the office, Beresteyska metro station)
• Full time Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Official employment from the first working day
