We are the engine of SoftServe.As Senior Business Analysts and a Product Owner at Insurance Industry projects, we expect you to be as passionate as we are about delivering end-to-end solutions that address business problems, strengthen IT infrastructure, and enrich the user experience.IF YOU AREA seasoned business analytic or product owner with 5+ years in IT, skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mappingProficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar for requirements and process modelingExperienced in the Insurance industry (P&C and Life Insurance), including policy life cycles, underwriting, claims processing, quote creation, insurance product design, and regulatory frameworksSkilled in writing detailed Business and Functional Requirements Documents (BRDs and FRDs), and user storiesFamiliar with insurance management systems, policy administration platforms, and claims processing systemsExperienced in digital transformation, automation, and integration of modern technologies in insurance, with knowledge of current InsurTech solutionsUsed to working closely with IT teams for solution integration and customizationKnowledgeable in insurance regulations and compliance standards, including GDPR, AML, KYC, and related frameworksPossessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging business and technical stakeholders internally and externallyExperienced in facilitating workshops, discussions, and presentations with senior leadership and project teamsProficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesCapable of managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project alignmentHolding or working towards professional certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst, or Lean Six SigmaFamiliar with insurance SaaS solutions like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP for InsurancePossessing strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsGood at multitasking and managing competing priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented and accurate in requirements documentationProactive in ensuring customer success and committed to professional growthAND YOU WANT TOWork with client’s requirements to understand the client’s business objectives and translate them to the development teamMap customer journeys using best methodologies and practices, analyzing the existing journey to identify friction points in policy issuance, claims, and customer service processes, then work on solutions to enhance the experienceOptimize business processes by redesigning workflows to reduce manual interventions and improve customer experienceCollaborate with IT teams to design and document functional specifications, workflows, and integration points between insurance systemsFacilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, align objectives, and validate solutions at various stages of developmentSupport integration of new solutions with existing systems and facilitate migration of historical customer data (policy, claims, etc.) to ensure data continuity and accuracyEnsure solutions adhere to industry regulations such as GDPR, IFRS 17, Solvency II, or other region-specific insurance regulationsOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that new systems function as required, gather feedback from end-users, and verify proper implementation of workflowsDevelop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users (e.g., claims agents, underwriters, customer service reps) on the new system, managing change initiatives to ensure a smooth transitionProvide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure solutions work as expected, delivering continuous improvement based on feedback and new requirementsDesign and implement data analytics tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance, claims data, customer behavior, and other critical metricsImplement CRM and self-service platforms that enable customers to manage policies, file claims, and engage with customer service through digital channelsTOGETHER WE WILLDevelop insurance solutions that impact client’s business and industry landscapeBuild digital products from defining the product strategy to the launch and supportCollaborate with technology experts assembling the right teams who can help to build cutting-edge solutions for top-notch services to the end usersCooperate with the client and their stakeholders at different levels (product, business, IT, C-Level)Be fulfilled by the impact we have on the client SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
